Floor time after eating, Cohen likes to join in!

Exhausted after playing over at Jaime's, he fell asleep eating Cheetos

He wanted me to wrap him up like the babies, you can tell daddy is excited!

Cohen's timeout spot :)

I had to post some pics of Cohen, he is a good helper and loves his brothers, but sometimes doesn't know quiet where he fits in to all the chaos which is why you see him in timeout:) I love my Coco puff!!

More cute pictures

Here are some more pics, they are so much fun and so much work, we are finding our routine. Yesterday I started feeding them at the same time and holy cow it saved an hour and since they are eating every 3-4 hrs that give me almost 2 hrs between feedings instead of 1.

They're here!!

So here's the story:

On August 29th, I went in for my regular check up at the doctor then headed over to the non-stress test, they ended up doing an ultrasound while i was there, they said that they would have the doctor there give my doctor a call with the results I said fine and went home. Cohen was up at my moms so Jake and I decided to go on a date to Red Robin (yum) well we didn't get to go, I got a call from my doctor at about 4:30 and she said the ultrasound showed that baby A's (Landon) tummy looked like it was developing about 4wks behind and she wanted to admit me to the hospital that night and monitor me over night and then do an amniocentesis in the morning. That is a test where they start with an ultrasound and find a pocket of fluid then stick a long thin needle through your stomach and into the fluid to get a sample to see if they are mature enough to induce, they ended up only doing one baby because the fluid was low, which I was thankful for because it was very painful. So we waited all day Saturday to get the results back, and I was still on bed-rest with bathroom privileges, and it turned out that they were mature enough to we induced Saturday night. I had them 12 minutes apart on August 31st, Landon was born at 8:36am and weighed 5lbs 3oz and had to get a shot to get his lungs working, Wyatt was born at 8:48am and weighed 5lbs 5oz and had to be intabated (I do not know how to spell that) but he only needed to be for a couple hours. I got to see them for only seconds before they took them to the NICU, where they were put on IVs and heart monitors, it was very heart breaking to see my babies like that but they were doing great and only had to be feed with the IVs for a day then we started bottle feeding. Two days later they were moved to intermediate care and had to be under the lights for jaundice, luckily they have nesting rooms they let me stay in for a few nights so I didn't have to leave them there. They were finally discharged on Friday September 5th and have now been home for 5 days, and it is so much better without crabby nurses looking over my shoulder like I don't know what I'm doing. They are doing great and gaining weight, finally passing their birth weight, they are alot of work but so much fun! Cohen loves his baby brother and loves to help :)
